• When you are ready to order, tap on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
• After you filled in your address information, select ‘Continue to Shipping’.
• Choose your desired shipping method and click on ‘Continue to Payment’.
• Fill in your payment details and tap on ‘Pay Now’.
Yes. You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save your time at checkout as it retains your address and payment details for future purchase. It will also help you to keep track of past orders and quickly reorder your favorite products.
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as payments via PayPal. In addition, you can also choose from express payments such as PayPal Express and Apple Pay to complete transaction without the need to fill out the shipping and billing form.
We offer all our customer discreet billing. The descriptor you will see on your bank or credit card statement will not match the name of the adult’s shop you buy from. Instead, credit card statement will show the purchase from ‘SP WORLDCNDS.
Yes. All orders will be shipped in plain envelopes or boxes. There are no references to condoms or any other safe-sex related products on the outside of your package. Title ‘WorldCondoms’ won’t appear on the package.
Order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to receive parcels at different addresses, you must place a new order for each different address.
Follow these steps to enter discount code:

• On the cart’s page, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
• Look for a field ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ at the right side of checkout window.
• Enter your discount code correctly and then click ‘Apply’.
• Savings will be automatically applied.

Yes. We do have bulk discounts options on selected products. To order in bulk and for more information, please send us an email at support@worldcondoms.com .
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation letter to the email you provided for the purchase. In case you cannot find this email, please ensure you check your spam or junk folders. If you entered a phone number instead of an email address, you will receive your order confirmation and shipping updates by SMS to your mobile phone.
You can find the status of your order under ‘Order History’ in ‘My Account’ section. In case you are not a registered user, the order confirmation message will be sent to your mobile phone or email you provided for the purchase.
If you want to make any changes to your order or need to cancel, please email us immediately within a few minutes of purchase to request changes. Please include your full name and order number to expedite your request.
Your order identification number will be sent to you via email once the payment is completed and confirmed. If you are registered at WorldCondoms, you can also find the same number under ‘Order History’ in ‘My Account’ section.
